Returns and Refunds
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, with no need to give a reason (this is the legal minimum — extendable if your business offers more).
In addition to the right of withdrawal, we offer a full authenticity guarantee: if within 30 calendar days of delivery a recognized authenticator determines, in writing, that the piece is not authentic, we refund the full amount plus shipping costs both ways.
To activate this guarantee we need a written report from a recognized authenticator (not an informal opinion) and the piece returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Return conditions
The item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in, with no more use than necessary to check its nature and characteristics. As these are vintage/secondhand pieces, the condition will be assessed against what was originally described in the product listing.
