By placing an order with Brookiez Archive, you agree to the following terms.

About the products

All items are vintage or secondhand pieces. Every product includes a condition score (1-10) and an honest description of its condition, including normal signs of wear for its age. As these are one-of-a-kind pieces, stock is limited and restocking is not guaranteed.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR, taxes included unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we find a pricing or availability error, notifying you and refunding the full amount.

Intellectual property

The content on this site (text, photographs, design) belongs to Brookiez Archive and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
