Before you cancel: you pay the cost of sending the item back to us. If the piece arrived damaged or is not what we described, we cover that cost instead. See our Refund policy for the full terms.

What happens next
- We confirm your cancellation by email and give you the return address.
- You send it back at your own cost, in the condition you received it. You may inspect a piece the way you would in a shop, but not use it beyond that. Use a tracked service — the piece is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- We refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you paid with. We may wait until we have the item back, or until you show proof that you sent it.
